Cooking time: 30 minutes

  • Noodles       250 g
  • Oil              1 tbsp.
  • Salt             as per taste
  • Sesame Oil      2 tbsp.
  • Garlic Paste      1 tsp.
  • Green Capsicum  Half
  • Red Capsicum      Half
  • Yellow Capsicum    Half
  • Green Beans        10 g
  • Carrots             1 piece
  • Onion                  Half
  • Green Chili          2 pieces
  • Green Chili Sauce     1 ½ tbsp.
  • Soy Sauce              1 tbsp.
  • Vinegar                  1 tbsp.
  • Green Onion              5 g
    Cooking Method:
    In a cooking pot adds water noodles cooking oil salt and boils it.                                                                                 2 In a cooking pan add sesame oil garlic paste and saute it.
    3 Now add green capsicum red capsicum yellow capsicum green beans carrots onion green chili and cook for a while.
    4 After that add boiled noodles salt green chili sauce soy sauce vinegar green capsicum- red capsicum yellow capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
